I acknowledge that First Nations peoples have enduring connections with the land, waters, spirits and cycles of life, and the nurtured practices of First Nations parents in raising their children have long guided generations after them. May we learn from, and honour this wisdom in our own parenting, and when supporting parents within our communities.
